Neoguri is forecasted to track northwestward over the next 24 hours, but vast uncertainity develops as early as the 24 to 48 hour outlook. A mass of high pressure is forecast to move into the direct path of Neoguri, which may cause the storm to stall, and possibly get pushed towards Japan later in the week. This is under careful investigation at this time.
